How to Order
1. Use our form-fillable, downloadable order form, or request a quote. Use this form, or email [quotes@languagepatterns.ca]. We return formal quotes as soon as possible. Quotes are valid for 60 days, so you can secure pricing before your budget is confirmed.
2. Send your purchase order. Email your PO to [orders@languagepatterns.ca], referencing the quote number. We accept POs from school boards, districts, individual schools, school councils, and independent schools.
3. We ship. Orders ship within [5] business days of receiving your PO for in-stock items. We'll confirm by email with tracking.
4. We invoice. Payment is net 30/45 from the invoice date. Invoices are emailed as PDFs to whatever address your accounts payable department specifies.
We can also accept payment by cheque, credit card or direct funds transfer - whatever is simpler for you.
